The course follows the basic Certified Scrum Master® course, expanding on the core topics to excel in the Scrum Master role, being able to work competently with the developers and the organisation. We will learn together how to be more effective in the Scrum Master role. Preparatory reading and pre-course exercises will be provided over our online learning platform. All course materials are in English.
Thematically, the course is geared towards people who ideally already have a year of experience working in the Scrum Master role, as in addition to the prescribed content, the programme consists also of a series of reflections and discussion on what participants have already seen in the field (one year of practical experience as a Scrum Master is also one of the Scrum Alliance requirements for certification). To earn the A-CSM® certification, you need to hold a Certified Scrum Master® certification with Scrum Alliance, no matter if active or expired. It will renew automatically when you earn the A-CSM®!
