Scrum Mastery at a systemic and strategic level: develop your leadership and coaching skills for agile transformations, systemic team dynamics, and organisational development. For experienced Scrum Masters who wish to act as change agents and agile leaders.
Qualified Scrum Master-III builds on Qualified Scrum Master II (QSM-2) and certifies your mastery as a Scrum Master. You will prepare to practice Scrum Mastery at a systemic, strategic, and transformative level – as an agile leader, change agent, coach, facilitator, and organisational developer. Around two years of professional experience in the role are recommended to allow for an optimal learning experience of the group.
Prerequisites:
- Qualified Scrum Master-II certificate (or equivalent prior achievement)
- Two years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
Preparatory reading and pre-course exercises will be provided over our online learning platform. The course materials are in English.
To gain the Qualified Scrum Master-III certificate, participants will need to pass an online test after the course. All related details and information will be provided during the course.

The course with a total contact time of 24 hours is delivered in presence or in interactive online mode. The course is split in various modules, none of which exceeds two hours, with short breaks as needed and sufficiently long breaks between the sessions. The actual times for breaks are agreed upon in the group at the beginning of the course.
Pre-course and post-course activities are part of the training and are presented via our interactive online learning platform in various formats (video, text, quizzes, worksheets, further reading, ...).

- Systemic Thinking, Agile Leadership
- own stance and impact as a Scrum Master in complex organisational contexts
- specific challenges when coaching and advising leaders
- advanced facilitation: complex workshops and company-wide events
- systemic team dynamics and conflict patterns
- decision-making, consensus-building, and facilitation in scaled and culturally diverse settings
- systemic coaching interventions for teams and leaders
Day 2
- principles of agile scaling and their application to real organisational structures
- shared working practices and a Definition of Done across teams
- develop and facilitate teams-of-teams and communities of practice
- strategies for continuous improvement at the system level
- stakeholder landscapes and business ecosystems and targeted coaching and consulting approaches
- how to support Product Owners in developing and implementing product strategies, visions, and roadmaps
- metrics and feedback systems for maximising value and business impact
- business models and value streams in the agile context
Day 3
- transformation strategies and change architectures for agile organisations
- resistance and systemic patterns in change processes
- how to design targeted interventions
