One-Hour Session with Pierluigi Pugliese: Product? What Product?
How is your organisation structured to support the development of large and complex products and services? And how do you improve the process to make it more effective? In our experience coaching large organisations, we’ve noticed one typical pattern: a company structure based on an accumulated history of creating local silos. This results in people working on „products“ that do not deliver value directly to customers. Yes, you can introduce agility in every team, but the overall company effectiveness won’t change much. Yet, where should we start with the change?
In this interactive presentation, we will show our principle-based approach to improving the definition of product, and we’ll discuss how this can be used to drive the transformation of large product development groups.
