These courses include a certification issued by Scrum Alliance Inc, 7401 Church Ranch Blvd. #210, Westminster, CO 80021 USA, as third party provider. For registration / certification @Scrum Alliance the names and e-mail addresses of the participants will be entered in the Scrum Alliance database upon successful completion of the course. Please be aware that your personal data will be processed by us and passed on to Scrum Alliance as third party in the described fashion. You will then be contacted by Scrum Alliance by e-mail to set up a protected personal user account in order to have access to the online exam and / or the certificate. LeSS Certified Courses:
These courses include a certification issued by LeSS Company BV, Clarissenstraat 31, 5281 AX, Boxtel, Netherlands, as third party provider. For registration / certification @ LeSS Company BV, the names and e-mail addresses of the participants will be entered in the LeSS Company BV database upon completion of your course registration. Please be aware that your personal data will be processed by us and passed on to LeSS Company BV as third party in the described fashion. External Instructors, Trainers or Speakers:
In the case of organising events with external course instructors, trainers or speakers, the data provided during the booking process might be shared with the respective instructor or his/her organisation in case this is necessary to deliver the services required.
We take adequate measures to make sure those third parties are maintaining their own appropriate security measures in accordance with our policies and relevant privacy laws and regulations.
How long we retain your data
Your data are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the requested services, for administrative purposes or as required by the respective laws.
What rights you have over your data
