We are proud to be hosting yet another Certified LeSS Practitioner course with Craig Larman, the co-creator of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) this year – on May 10-12, 2023, in the rooms of our Connexxo Italia Academy in Milano /Sesto San Giovanni.

On the evening of the second day of the course, from 18:30 until 20:30 there will be a free, public meetup with Craig, discussing the impact of AI on Management & Org Design.

More about Craig Larman:
Craig Larman is the co-creator of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) with his friend and colleague Bas Vodde. He serves as a management consultant, with a focus on organizational redesign and systems thinking, for flexible, high-value-throughput product organizations. His emphasis is scaling agile principles and practices and lean thinking to very large, multisite, and agile offshore development (often, embedded systems, telecommunications, or investment banking), and coaching executive teams to succeed with larger enterprise-level agile and lean methods adoption.
