Certified Agile Scaling Practitioner 1

How to create large-scale Agile Organisations that function effectively? How to scale Agility without increasing organisational complexity in the process or, in fact, even decreasing it?

The three-day Certified Agile Scaling Practitioner 1 course is designed to help you analyse and solve such problems in a systematic and scientific way.

The basis of the course are the principles of ELSE: Emergent Large-Scale Evolution (https://go-else.org), which will enable you to understand how to improve your business through an evolutionary process designed to reduce organisational complexity.

These principles are also general and not tied to a particular “framework,” so they can be used either to get started with large-scale agility or to improve an existing implementation.

With active participation in the course, the participant will be granted the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Scaling Practitioner 1 certification. The certification thus obtained is valid for two years, after which it must be renewed directly with the Scrum Alliance (https://www.scrumalliance.org/certifications/renewing-certifications).

Course Organisation:

The training is based on the most modern techniques for adult education and is a balanced mix of frontal lesson and practical individual and group activities directed to the integration of the learned content in the daily operations of the participants. We will use plenty of case studies, where possible coming from the participants.

The course can be delivered in English, German or Italian.
The training material is in English.
