In the recent years agility seems to have become a mature reality also for “big organisations”. This has caused the proliferation of “frameworks” to extend agility in big reality.
We believe life is not that easy: we have seen several big agile implementations ending up being “just like another big company processes” and, therefore, we know agility at scale passes through a complex learning process for the whole organisation. Agility at scale means:
