  For many years, Connexxo has been a competence center for scaling Agility and Scrum. Experience has shown that at the basis of it all there are core principles that allow us to understand how to create large-scale agile systems – independently of frameworks.

ELSE (go-else.org/) stands for ‚Emergent Large-Scale Evolution‘ and is a collection of operating principles for building or improving large-scale agile product developments as well as a series of practical tools for implementing it pragmatically and effectively. It was created by an international group of five coaches and trainers, who have pooled their experience of more than 80 years of large-scale agile transformations, distilling the key elements that determine its success.

What does 'interactive online' mean?

The contents of the course are delivered live in a multi-channel way, with the aid of collaborative online tools for teams (video conferences and virtual whiteboards / flip charts) and including group discussions, didactic videos, active Q&A sessions etc. During the course, the participants repeatedly work in teams on various projects and exercises and experience themselves the several aspects of the Scrum framework live in a simulation scenario, even in the online format.

This course includes the Scrum Alliance CASP-1 Certification. So, at the end of the course and with active participation of the candidate, the trainer confirms that the learning objectives have been met and registers the respective students for certification with Scrum Alliance.
